Pelltech Everclean 50 is produced in Estonia
The Everclean 50 Pelltech pellet boiler is a self-cleaning boiler with high efficiency. Very good combustion quality. Fitted with smoke ventilator and low pressure sensor.
The Everclean 50 kW pellet boiler is fitted with a Pelltech PV50b burner, which provides the maximum comfort and efficiency normally expected from higher class pellet boilers.
The Everclean 50 pellet boiler has a unique vertical 2-speed design that ensures excellent combustion quality, high efficiency and long maintenance intervals.
An integrated smoke ventilator and low pressure sensor ensure clean fuel combustion regardless of the stack type and the weather outside.
Patented turbulators and automatic boiler cleaning ensure high boiler efficiency throughout the heating period.
Long maintenance intervals are ensured thanks to the very large ash container, the self-cleaning burner and the integrated and burner-controlled automatic boiler cleaning.
Everclean 50 monitoring and control equipment for pelletisers:
- The main switch on the boiler can be used to switch the boiler and burner on and off.
- The boiler thermostat controls the operation of the burner by switching it on and off according to the preset temperature.
- The integrated temperature and pressure gauge indicate the boiler temperature and pressure.
- The safety thermostat switches off the boiler, burner and electric heater when the boiler water temperature exceeds 95C. To reset the safety thermostat, remove the protective cover by turning it counter-clockwise, press the white button on the thermostat and turn the cover back into place.
- The electric heater thermostat switches the heater on when the boiler temperature falls below the set point on the thermostat.
- The red indicator light on the electric heater is lit when the heater is on.
